Love is what IS

This is love. What we're looking for is the embrace of the lover that is literally right here, being Life itself. If I'm obsessed with the content of the happenings, I miss the opportunity to stop and feel the embrace of this all encompassing love, that's never missing.

Who am I, that think there's something better, somewhere else? This must be IT, despite the claims of dead concepts. If we just look and see, we find that love just lets us BE.

  1. Thanks for the posts Mike. I enjoy the absolute lack of hope in your words. It leaves just 'this', freedom from spinning out & out into webs of fantasy. Great stuff.

  2. Love is forever
    Because love will never leave
    Neither will it stay
    Because love did not come
    It has always been

  3. Thanks a lot, glad they prevent spinning into webs of fancy, although 'this' freedom is free to do that as well!

  4. I just wanted to say thank you. When I was a young girl I read a lot of J. Krishnamurti and David Bohm. David Bohm said then, that when there was insight, that other people to come would find ways of making it more communicable. I think you are doing just that. Your willingness to express how the "imaginative self" works is very clearly communicated. Although I know you are pointing to something that is not communicable, you point so well that one leaves your words and falls into presence. Thank you.

  6. This post shook the sleep from my eyes. Especially, "Who am I, that thinks there's something better, somewhere else? This must be IT, despite the claims of dead concepts. If we just look and see, we see that love just lets us BE." Yes! This complaining-voice-in-my-head is not a problem, because it is seen that its complaints that somewhere else is better than here are not true. Meanwhile, love just lets be, it is the open space in which breathing is occurring right now. Thank you!
